I havent moaned about it but ive been gutted about my shoulder. After 6 operations its much better than it was, ive had months of physio and training, building up the muscles to stabilise it, but theres one position that locks my shoulder out and I have to use my other arm to put it back in, it doesnt affect my day to day life, but it has made Judo impossible and that has been heartbreaking for me personally. Im sitting waiting to see the surgeon, pretty bloody nervous I must admit, to find out if theres anything he can do, or if the wonderful days of getting the crap beaten out of me are over. :( Keep your fingers crossed for me you lovely buggers :-) Mum is in hospital later for an important appointment.
