I havent posted much about Kratom in a while and thought I could - TopicsExpress

I havent posted much about Kratom in a while and thought I could share my story with that as well. Yvonne is the expert but Im learning more every day. Thus far I have found a stride an balance in my Kratom use. I take it 4 times per day, 7am, 11am, 2pm, 8pm. I have a ridiculous metabolism and so it only lasts a few hours for me which is what I experienced with Oxycotin which was supposed to last 6 hours barely lasted 2. z In order to avoid dependence and tolerance I change my mix up at least once a day and every month I do a totally different mix. My favorite blend right now is Sumatra White and Red. White is very energizing and helps with focus. Red is pain reliving and calming. Combine them and you get an excellent mix for the day. You may be concerned about the risks involved with using Kratom. Now Im not your doctor and not even a medical expert so by taking any suggestions or advice I offer, you agree to hold me, Yvonne, our businesses and our families and associates harmless from any damages or health consequences of using our suggestions. I personally have experienced very few and minor side effects from Kratom use 30 days in. It does affect my urination similar to an opioid in that it sometimes take a while to get started. It does NOT impact the bowels and the only other side effect Ive noticed is occasional muscle twitches. I had the same twitching with opioids only far more severe. It only happens when Im laying down and motionless. There is always a risk when you try something that is not documented or tested. There is always a risk when you take something into your body that IS tested and documented, but you just may know more about those risks. Kratom is no exception and should be treated as you treat any drug, with caution and research. I highly recommend it and I believe its one of the most effective pain relief herbs on the market and all that without a prescription and perfectly legal (a couple of states have some restrictions in place so check your local laws... notably Indiana prohibits the use of the particular compounds found in Kratom but they cant touch the natural unrefined product because it falls under the supplements category). For me, Kratom has been life changing. As I wait for my Limu to take away the pain, Kratom controls the pain so well!! And its interesting that Ive found that Kratom kills the Fibro pain but it doesnt touch workout soreness. Its almost like my body knows that sore muscles that are exercise induced shouldnt be relieved. Pretty crazy. In my next post, Ill investigate the reality of the human brains receptors that ONLY respond to botanicals and help with pain!
