I hear there is a rumor of peopl planning to chase the internationals/foreignerz at Fetakgomo community over unfounded allegations of crime in the community (xenophobic attacks). This right wing opportunism has to be thoroughly condemned nd prevented. Those who insert these mentalities might as well be the perpetratorz of the crime themselves. Some sources points to a scapegoating strategy emanating from the right political front whose selfish motive is to shift focus of real issues facing the community such as lack of water, sports facilities, opening of Sekhukhune college nd many more. We rather should mobilize the community to demand the above, than to launch an attack that wil only result in the deaths of innocent people while the real enemy remains What is the point of chasing the foreignerz while the real criminal still remain? The crime wil stil continue even after the chasing. That is why we have to stop the spread of Xenophobic mentalities, the hostile antagony before it finds its nest nd outgrow itself in our people. No to Xenophobia. No to tribalism tendencies. phambili ka Internalism.
