I heard a pastor on radio say..he was strict with his kids..raising them on Bible principals..due to the highest level of self esteem people comes from people who are locked up in prison!...i guess i wont go to prison to have self esteem training..this is awesome book..he has specific exercises for people to do..to understand "Hey! i am not so bad after all."...."i feel peaceful and calm."..." i learned i have a lot more good than i give myself credit for"....& "Having good motives and intents: caring, concerned, willing to help and try again"..."Stronger now in some ways".."Honesty to acknowledge the damage, pain, my limitations, the need for patience in healing"...God is good..He will send His information He wants me to know..not The Socially Correct Way...of The World...
