I help people with attorneys and know some things. In regards to GDI and what Ive found_ AUTHOR: Sirslappy - (U.S.A.) SUBMITTED: Wednesday, November 03, 2010 Im not an attorney and what Im about to say isnt legal advice. What Im about to tell you is from my own experience working with a company that has attorneys. I run a business that helps people with attorneys, so therefore I know some things. I became somewhat familiar with GDI since Im constantly looking to combine other RELEVANT businesss together to generate multiple income sources and referrals this way. I came across GDI through a guy promoting it on a site I go to and talk about my business through. This guy emailed me when I reviewed his site. His company is (HHWF) and Powerline 100 (P100) Success Plus Team, which seems to combine the usage of GDI. First thing Ive noticed from his ads is the fact that this company makes specific claims to how much you can expect to make. From my own experience(Im not an attorney again but I do work for a program of attorneys) I know that in some states its illegal to make claims such as get paid daily - When you market online then you have to abide by world-wide compliance issues and know those laws. If I were to ever make any claims of money Id have my attorney look over it through the low cost legal program I have in order to help protect myself from lawsuits. First thing to ask yourself with ANY business is how will these guys protect me? I see no type of protection or legal help through GDI and I also see some things that MIGHT be considered breaking the law with the quotes of how much you can expect to make. In my experience in life Most independent businesss cant keep up with all the laws and therefore their business uplines dont bother to tell the associate signing up in case they say something wrong to that associate because then they become liable. So instead they may keep their mouth shut and let the associate burden all the laws and revisions that can happen anytime. Thats the first thing Ive noticed in terms of how they market and the income projections they make. Second thing to always pay attention to is their rating on the Better Business Bureau and any reputable organizations or publications. I couldnt find a listing from the BBB about them. I looked at them through - bbb.org/eastern-washington/business-reviews/internet-marketing-services/global-domains-international-in-nine-mile-falls-wa-64045143/ and found nothing. It appears this company isnt BBB accredited. Next is what perhaps the American Bar Association has to say. - Nothing there either. Im not saying this is a good or bad company but based off of my research, Id say theyre RISKY. If youre looking for a good job then Heres an example of good things through a good company and reputable resources listed below to go by: What the American Bar Association has to say: abanet.org/legalservices/prepaid/home.html The better business bureaus rating: bbb.org/oklahoma-city/business-reviews/legal-services-plans/pre-paid-legal-services-in-ada-ok-9000434 CREDIBILITY to go by with ANY business and heres an example of the business Im in: When Pre-Paid Legal has been featured in Barrons, Fortune, Forbes, Business Week, Newsweek, The Wallstreet Journal, USA Today, Individual Investor, Investors Daily, INC Magazine, Financial World, Black Enterprise, Entrepreneur, etc., it really shows the credibility our company enjoys!
