I hope everyone had a good weekend! I was in DC for a private show which I was a bit skeptical about. Playing at someones house can be a bit intimidating.. But it ended up being so much fun.. I need to do more of them. And there I met a guy who started a networking company called Clicked, that joins people together from different industries. He invited me to their dinner the next night. I gathered up all my courage and went!! It was a bunch of peeps I didnt know and I was like baby in the corner for the first few minutes, but then I met all sorts of new and interesting people and heard about their professional goals for the year.. It was super interesting! As my husband likes to say, I need to cross the playground to meet new people and experience new things. Who else crossed the playground this weekend?:)
