I hope you each had a chance to really think about the extraordinary teaching you are receiving from this Wisdom Series I am currently sharing on Facebook. Today is a continuation of 2 more morning based Wisdom Lessons that if implemented will dramatically change your life. Wisdom Lesson#3 - it is imperative to brush your teeth for 2 minutes but while you are doing that make sure you include your tongue as well... Caution, if you brush your tongue at the end, like I do, be careful as to how far back you go OR your tongue will start trying to touch the roof of your mouth as sounds of heaving are soon followed by your stomach contracting which is followed by a party in your mouth. When that happens, you will have to start all over... Oh and if your spouse is on their side of the bathroom when that happens it causes a violent chain reaction and lets just say... Its not pretty! Wisdom Lesson #4 - Use a new tooth brush when you have to start over. Nothing GOOD can come from that much purging.
