I humbly implore every Etesot and Atesot to turn up this Saturday - TopicsExpress

I humbly implore every Etesot and Atesot to turn up this Saturday 1st November at City Royale hotel for our end of month meeting, we have lots of issues to discuss but topping the agenda is; how we can put our brains together to create opportunities for each other- job creation, joint investments, scholarships, and internship placements. Come let’s explore how we can set up our own companies and employ our own people, how we can get Iteso who are billionaires to support our initiatives- not with free money, but as shareholders in these companies and investment ventures, that will target not just to benefit those job hunting or in the job market, but also our people back home, come lets brainstorm. Next year, we will fully roll out this Phase 11 of Iteso page, I’m not downplaying the school visits, but I think we need to empower our members financially to be able to always contribute for those trips targeting school pupils. Can we set up businesses and NGO’s and employ our own members? Is it illegal to do so? Etc those are the areas to be tackled, I beg we come in big numbers, entrance is free and u are not mandated to buy a drink though it would be prudent to come with at least 2500 for a soda, venue is City Royale Hotel Bugolobi- Opposite Shell Bugolobi Not to preempt, but these are areas to explore, can we set up a Forex bureau, Build a school, value addition for our food crops like acok, Cassava, Tesofood chain. can we set up CBO’s and NGO’s, can we start a car import company? we have our own sons in Japan. build a hospital to employ our own medics this will be done in collaboration with Tehesa (Teso health/Medical students Association ) when you fall sick opatana akerit adekis wok: can we for example buy off a struggling radio station back home in teso and make it far better? can we set up Mobile money kiosks for our members still job hunting? Can we sponsor someone to get a specialized skill commensurate with the job requirements eg to UMI, study Computer, driving etc. Can we start a powerful pork joint where we could be holding our meetings?, can we set up a block making site and encourage our members who intend to build to come buy from us? Can we bid to NSWC to give us to manage a sector area like Bweyogerere and Namugongo because the kireka office has been managing all these areas and it’s become too big for them. we have experts in proposal writing and even loaded fellows. its after this that we can now begin engaging our people in high places like Mrs Ojangole at Uganda Development Bank, Mr Ocici at Enterprise Uganda, Doris Akol at URA for tax “exemptions” and the formula to achieve this is simple, just imagine all the 7,000 members or so contributing 50,000 in a period of three months, how much money would that be? i have a friend who helped raise $25m from just a few members of their group and they have built a very big shopping mall in town, we too can do it as long as we agree. we will also discuss the idea of the End of year party.
