I hurt my back a few weeks ago. Been to the dr, had tests, have meds, have PT etc. Things have been up/down but overall thought there was improvement. THEN yesterday evening my toes went numb, couldnt really move them and incredible pain. Its been non-stop for over 24 hrs now. 😁😖😭😡 The problem is that 2x today my foot was all tingly/painful/weird and it caused me to trip/stumble and jolt my body forward which caused my back more pain WTH its like a cosmic joke circle of pain instead of life ....hmmmm on second thought it might be good if a lion chewed my foot off.
