I just HEARD via a Health Cooking Program on TV about them RAVING regarding the HEMP Seeds being a natural Anti-Depressent or UPPER (?) Since I watch alot of Food & Cooking Shows on TV, I ALWAYS IMPROVISE with my Recipes & was sort of pleasantly surprised that this person was so pumped up about these HEMP Seeds... ~ HEMPS Seeds on top of Organic Margarine with Organic RYE Bread ~ I just bought an Organic RYE bread via Fairway Markets, produced by the Woodstock NY BREAD ALONE company, a fluffy light altho mixed bread with Rye & organic wheat flour, it is so light + I added the organic Margarine EARTH BALANCE (the oils are never heated in it)...on top of this light + airy bread...+ then a generous spread of HEMP Seeds from NUTIVA brand (organic Hemp seeds & found at most health food stores) THIS way will completely forgo the necessity for Flesh foods, as we will get all Our Waxes...& Proteins, & I feel this is One of the best ways to blend Hemp Seeds with food... The LEFT BRAIN is all about *Waxes, Fats + Oils* the Building Up + Immune Protection side (heavy duty, contractive) & the RIGHT BRAIN is concerned with Cleansing & Growth (light duty, expansive)...or *Water, Gels + Carbs* Male vs. Female / rational mathematical vs. artistic emotional sides -------------------------------------- ~ Non-Gluten MUFFINS... Blend equal parts of RYE flour with Oat flour (I grind my Oat bran or rolled Oats in a food processor) + then also ground Organic FLAX seeds, OR instead of Flax Seeds, substitute with these UPPERs that are the HEMP Seeds...Add just enough water to make s fluffy dough, then Fry on little Olive or Walnut oil (or expeller-pressed) Grapeseed oil)...with pre-mixed Sea salt or Pink Himalayan sea salt YOU May ADD some chopped GREENS in these Muffins --------------------------------------- Choose the Organic tub (13 oz.) EARTH BALANCE vegan margarine youtu.be/euRYG038Vco
