I just came from the hospital...My step dad is still in the ICU after two weeks. It is so hard seeing him like this. On top of everything he is getting pressure sores on his bottom. The wound care nurse is going to order a special air bed for him. The area is large and dark purple with a larger red area all around the purple. There is also a small open crack in his skin down there. This tells me they have not been rolling him enough and putting pillows to prop him in different positions to relieve the pressure on his bottom. and to top everything off my Granny in Georgia is in the hospital for heart trouble. I love both of them so much !!! pray pray pray
