I just dont seem to be having any luck here, and I dont get it! I moved from Vancouver to Kimberley and I was given a Scoby that wasnt too healthy and ended in mould... So then I made a new Scoby with purchased raw organic Kambucha. The new Scoby was so gorgeous!!! So last week Make the next batch to brew... That was one week ago today. I check on it and the top looks - weird! Not 1 piece like I normally see, but a big bubble on top... Theres no mould but this just looks so weird to me. Is this normal? I did everything the same as I did when living in Vancouver where I had great success... Now its all ugly the only thing I can think is we have this new container to do the continuous brew method isnt working out (its a plastic spout). Any input??
