I just finished 1 ½ hours of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio. Since I re-injured my back thanks to a gift from a drunk driver that keeps giving even 30 years later, I’m going to play it smart and give my back a break from lifting and do cardio only for the nest 2 weeks. My friends no matter what life brings you, don’t just sit back and do nothing because you need to still do some form of exercise, even if it’s cardio. Because when you do nothing, and burn nothing, you will gain plenty of what you don’t want!!! So instead of concentrating on what’s going wrong with your life, get out and do something that in the long run will help you feel better! “It will give you time to think it out, and to meditate on the better days ahead!” !!!!!!!WHATEVER IT TAKES YOU GOT TO BRING IT!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
