I just finished this one today and I liked it! I’m not surprised though since I tend to like Timothy Zahn’s writing anyway. This book is really nothing but an Ocean’s Eleven heist story told in the Star Wars universe which takes place between Episodes IV and V. It has ties to Zahn’s other Star Wars books, but none that you need to have any prior knowledge of. He even managed to slip in an Indiana Jones gag based on the premise that Harrison Ford played both Solo and Jones. There is one little plot element/twist at the end of the book that I could have done without, but I’d recommend this one overall.
