I just got a little update on the Luke Lamb case (see link below for details). Long story short: Lamb was charged with communicating with jurors (which, according to my secret legal decoder ring, is along the lines of jury tampering) for having made some comments about #jurynullification on Facebook (to a juror who specifically asked for information) and linking to the FIJA website. Click through below for all the details. I hadnt seen any word of it since the initial reports, so I sent off an inquiry to his lawyer who says, We have a motion to dismiss on file re: 1st amendment. It will be heard on june 18 at 1:30 pm.
