I just got done riding my stationary Bike. I did 30 minutes. yeah It helps my knee out so much and In I also am changing my diet more fruit like a meals more good snaks thruot the day. More good protein and less carbs. I am at 216 right now and I plane on losing 8 # bye the time monday evening. Oh and more excersize more walkin and as larger fenced area for the dogs an us. any Ideas beside committing suiside it will never happen I have to many people out there to pissoff and I keep my promises Love ya facebook friends
