I just got home from NY Comicon, and Wow! Better start saving your money! Phicen was there. Theyre doing a Honey West doll/figure! I adore Honey West. She looks like a comic version rather than like Anne Francis, but she looked nice. I did pick up the new, not yet released Phicen for a con exclusive price. Also, QMx had a booth. Oh, the photos! Ill get them uploaded later. Mal was there and looks so nice. Also, statues of Mal and Kaylie. They wouldnt tell me the next Firefly figure because theres no production schedule on it yet. I couldnt even coax if its a male or female figure out of them. But they did say that Mal is due out in early 2015 (there was a problem which is why the slight delay, but he is coming). And I found another company, very nice figures coming out starting in a few months. Ill have to dig out the brochure because I forgot the name. Ill post that and a link later. Theyre doing Harry Potter figures, starting with Harry in December, then they plan one a month. They had prototypes for Harry, Ron, Voldemort, and, I think, Hermione. No photos allowed pending final approval. But they looked nice. Also, a Steve McQueen from The Great Escape. Prices should be under $200 USD. The McQueen had the movie studio and McQueen familys support, and it, too, is pending final approval. But it looks great. I want it.
