I just graduated the second tier of my Culinary Academy class. I wish I had pics to share, but my phone is all jammed with pics from Oregon, and I need a damn Apple computer to import them into my Passport External Hard Drive. Dont worry, I just found one, so soon you will be graced with pics of me cooking sweet onion ragu with italian chipolinis, and pearl onions, and spring onions. I cooked salisbury steaks for 100 people, and was praised by all (hehe). Im the tomato chutney king (goes amazing with pan fried salmon, served on top black beluga lentils). I made a romesco sauce yesterday that was heavenly. Anyways, Im proud of this thing Im doing, and its fun, and Ive got some great ideas of my own, so, soon, you might be hearing about my original culinary creations concerning the Pichuberry and Butter Lettuce, or......CHOCOLATE!!
