I just had a challenger in one of my 21 Day Fix accountability group post THIS below. Brought some serious tears to my eyes....Creating and LIVING a healthy life is waaaay more than losing pants sizes, its about your quality of life and the way you feel when you wake up each day.... Its day 10 today. Within the 10 days: Ive landed a new dream position. Ive moved into my dream home. Im picking up my brand new car. All those material things are great but nothing is as wonderful as how fabulous I feel!!!! I have leukemia and my bones ache so much less the more I get into shape. Started at 139.9 Today 136.6 My goal weight is 130 or 129 by day 21. This will be my first day of work.129 was my previous pre-pregnancy weight. Exciting!
