I just had my 15 month scan on Monday and Im still cancer free!!! Im thankful for so much, but I have an EXTRA dose of thankfulness in my heart for just plain ole health. The ability to eat (and to taste what Im eating)! The ability to get out of bed. To not need antibiotics or nausea meds or steroids. To never have that awful Neulasta bone pain.To be able to shower without worrying about a stupid picc line in my arm. To have normal blood pressure and no fever. To not need help going to the bathroom. :-/ If you or someone you know is having health problems, hang in there and know that getting back to normal will feel so SOUL-TICKLING good that it will never be normal again. Life is crazy but Im thankful God gave me the opportunity to learn the things Hes shared with me throughout this journey. ❤️Alaina
