I just heard on the news that the top 1% of the world population will own over 50% of all assets & wealth this year. That is an unacceptable distribution of wealth! & heres some disturbing facts for you The USA have nearly 50 Million living in poverty in a total population of about 330 Million ... Thats OVER 1 in 7 in poverty! AND they have 80% living near poverty!! In the richest economy on the planet, there is not an equitable proportioning of wealth across the population :-( & YES, Australia under the Liberals seems Hell bent on following that example GGRRR Even the Labor Party seem unwilling or unable to address this! ggrrr We need to put a stop to the 2-Party politics we have now & push a 3rd Party to such a position that a GENUINE coalition is necessary in order to form Government Which would mean policy driven legislation that benefits the majority would attract more votes at the next election for whichever party proposed it (a GOOD thing!)
