I just heard something pretty friggen awesome. When Metallica released St.Anger, a lot of people hated the recording quality and the sound of Lars garbage can snare drum and the overall disjointed feel of the album. Of course this is mainly due to the turmoil in the band when they recorded it. 2 guys have re-recorded the ENTIRE album and wow, do i look at these songs differently now. They actually sound like pretty decent songs (had Metallica given them proper editing and recording). One guy played the guitar, bass and drums while the other did the vocals. Check this out!
