I just left the AT&T store for the 4th time in six weeks. We purchased two, new LG G2 smartphones approximately six weeks ago. We have returned to the AT&T store on Lima Rd. three times since then for service issues. Today we were told that we would need a new phone and our like new phone would arrive in 5 to 7 business days unless we paid $15 for express shipping. Of course we are still expected to continue to pay our new phone cost even though the replacement phone is a reconditioned one. I will never again do business with AT&T. Learn from our mistake. ,
