I just need these following four sentences to rant about the less than smart behavior of some of these nurses. DO NOT CALL MY KITCHEN asking me if your patient who has a gluten allergen can have a grilled cheese sandwich....what you would like me to do, throw some cheese in a pan and bring it skillet style because CLEARLY bread has an abundance of gluten in it! I had to go to college to know what these allergens are, so they should have to learn what they can and cant give a patient!!! Thats all Im done. Back to my prep!
