I just read an article in a group I belong to. It was about not getting old and dancing when she is 50. I had to chuckle. 50 is not even close to old...at least not for me. I will be 49 next week. I just started a band for the first time in my life last year and we gig every month, sometimes 2x a month. I am having an art show, 2nd one in a year (last year was my first) I am flying, soaring, living my dreams. And I dance, How I dance! Like a wild woman! With feathers in my hair, bare foot, hair flying and hips shaking. I participate in music festivals & drum circles and I dance from morning to night, singing on the top of my lungs & banging on my drum. Old. Not me. I dont think I will ever be old. And my tribe is made of women who are just as old as me, some older. Yet they are just as passionate about life and living it to the full as I. For me, these are the very best times of my life... and me thinks its just gonna get better! So much Love! Magic! Power! Joy! AHO!
