I just remember when I was on my 3rd year college when MILF planned to establish Bangsamoro Juridical entity in Mindanao and our professor in Philippine Constitution Sir Mark Boado instructed us to prepare an analysis on the foregoing matters between Philppine Government and MILF (as posted below). And now, it is finally done.
