I just saw some crazy stuff on my way to work. I was driving down the highway and to the left I see a lady running as fast as she can turning onto the street I am driving on. Someone was chasing her and football tackled her right in the rocks on the corner of the intersecting streets. He was holding her hands behind her back trying to pull her up and back to his car. She was a tiny woman about 51 and 100 lbs. It looked like she was being kidnapped and was trying to escape. I called 911 & turned around where I could to try and catch the vehicle to get a license plate number. I saw the lady running down the street and I pulled over to see if she was okay. Because of the lack of teeth in her mouth and the abundance of sores on her face, it was apparent that these were meth people. She said she wanted the cops called. While I was talking to them she turned back the way she came and got back in the car with the attacker. I do know in that lifestyle this behavior is normal, but what really scared me is that on that packed highway, with him tackling her right out in plain sight of everyone, I was the only one to turn around and help. Pretty scary thought that people are so afraid of getting involved, they could witness a probable kidnapping and not try intervene or assist. Thats a pretty sad commentary on todays society.
