I just spent 40 minutes trying to get through on the phone to social security, only to discover that I had a 29 minute wait for an agent or wait 30 minutes for a call back, which I chose. 30 min later I get a recorded message to press 1 if I was ready to talk. (I was ready to talk an hour ago). The recorded message did NOT recognize my "1" and said IT would have to call me back in 10 minutes. So 10 minutes later IT calls me again and we go through the same crap....well now the recording tells me it could not connect and I HAVE TO CALL BACK..... I can hardly wait for government controlled health care. Just shoot me!!!!
