I just spent an entire day in a Florida retirement community, which was an enjoyable experience because 1) these folks buy a LOT of books 2) they love to talk about what theyve read and 3) they were just as nice as could be to a young whippersnapper author like me. Also, it was fascinating to me to hear a woman in her 70s start off telling a story about a woman in her 90s by saying: You know that one REEEEEALLY elderly woman?
