I just spent over an hour trying to resolve a billing problem with AT&T U-verse. Ha! - I didnt even get close! Their online web site is the worst possible, overly complicated and redundant, completely useless, cyber maze that could ever be imagined. I cant believe that people with advanced degrees actually got paid huge salaries to come up with a system that egregiously bad! And their customer assistance phone system is even worse. Good luck drilling through their robot operated firewall of a answering system to actually speak with a real person who can help you with a billing problem!
