I just started watching Full Metal Alchemist yesterday (late, I know) and got up to the part where Nina Tucker gets fused with her dog due to her Dads morbid alchemy. I had seen memes, various pix, etc of how screwed up this scene was. But personally, I dont think it was presented THAT morbidly. Messed up, sure. But I wasnt losing sleep over it. If this had been presented more dramatically and creepily, might have had some lose sleep factor to it. I had read that there were various cases where people stopped watching this anime as well as falling into depression due to this occurrence. Opinions? Did this dramatically effect you? What makes this SO scary?
