I just uploaded my most recent podcast on plea bargaining (why do we have it, who does it benefit, can we just get rid of it, etc) and lesser included offenses (if someone is charged with First Degree Murder, why can they be convicted of Second Degree Murder, Manslaughter, Aggravated Child Abuse, etc). There are already 5 other podcasts available to listen to at your leisure on topics such as the presumption of innocence, beyond a reasonable doubt, Ferguson, the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), assisted suicide and pretrial release (bail).
