I just walked home from the park and saw a class of children walking along, about 28 of them. Not one white child! I would not comment if there had been a mix of races, but not one? This is quite common however as I pass a few schools on my travels, and now I play Spot The White Kid. But when I do, I know even then that the white kid is probably Eastern European. Where have all the white English people gone? I think it is sad and ridiculous, especially on the day we find out that the government have broken their promise to reduce immigration. Up in the last year by 38%, about 243,000. Last week ofsted marked down a village school in Lincolnshire for being too white I feel like the people in power want to take away our heritage and our identity? Am I wrong? If they are, why? I really dont understand? Some might think I am racist in saying this, I dont think I am? It is very easy to say someone is racist nowadays as this usually frightens someone into silence. I would never want to hurt anyone physically or emotionally no matter what colour they are, and if I saw someone in trouble I would help them if I could. (Unless they are terrorists out to destroy us or anyone out to hurt someone else) I just dont think it is right to be a minority in my own country. I have lived in the East End all my life and it has always been a mixture of colour, race and religion, great, and we all got along. But now it is completely different and I am starting to feel uncomfortable, almost like I dont belong anymore. It is a very odd feeling. I am sure this is the same feeling that the early modern immigrants felt when they came to London in the 50s, and 60s. Now the roles seemed to have reversed.
