I just want to say, these pictures here are not doctored. When I hear things mentioned casually or offhandedly, or jokingly, by an Athens officer, I take it seriously. Because I can guess that is what they might be saying behind my back. Because I know an Athens Police office will do pretty much whatever it takes to deny reality. If I put a picture in front of him, that sort of looks like my suspect, he will say, oh well, it doesnt look like anything at all. That is if I can even get them to look at the pic, lol. Then if I show them a pic that looks a lot like my suspect, and they then cannot say the first thing, then he will probably say, oh well it was doctored. Like I said, anything it takes for them to deny reality. To prove that these are not doctored, anyone can recreate them themselves. Just take my videos from here, you can use Windows Movie Maker, which comes standard with Windows packages (or it used to anyway, on my old laptop), which is a very simple program to use. Load and play video. Make a video still. I try to choose stills by eye. Its a little hard to do that, as it is so tiny, mostly guesswork, but like if it seems like it might have something there, I try to make something out of it and see. Save the still. Then use paint.net, which is a free internet program. Open the still in paint.net. Before I adjust size, I like to adjust up sharpness like 1/8, and then brightness, contrast a bit, and saturation a lot. Then resize 200%. Adjust up sharpness, saturation, and brightness and contrast again. Then repeat. Keep doing it, until pic is larger than you need. Then adjust up sharpness a lot. Like repeat it, more than several times, as needed. Then shrink it back down to your size. It is a little tricky and a little bit of an art. But anyone can do it. If you cant do it, because you just dont have the eye, do not just assume again. Because when you assume, you make an ass out of u and me, remember? Instead, then have me do it in front of you, to show you. I will recreate any pic you want. They always come out a little bit different, but not that different. So I can pretty much do any pic here in front of you. I do not want to hear any more jokes about me doctoring the pics. I would take it as a joke, and not mind actually, if I did not pretty much already know what to expect from an Athens Police officer, and that when they say stuff like that, it is usually not always a joke.
