I just wish the Americans would embrace the World Court concept. Bully boy tactics work but only at the needless expense of human lives. If a politician commits outrageous crimes against humanity, then it should be in a court of law established for such a purpose. The Nuremberg Court brought a few important figures to justice, those that escaped lived with the fear of capture and revenge. ... The principle war criminals in Bosnia suffer conviction or perpetual legal pursuit. They cannot travel. If the political environment changes they always face arrest, extradition and retirement years in prison. ... Not embracing the World Court was a huge mistake. As we see it severely limits their effective options to only two, destroy or lose face.
