I know he could be fittest but I wanted to share our story to show to the owners of dogs with joints issues that their dog can stay in a good shape too. My dogo argentino Elios was malnourished before I got him at 6 months old. He was really tiny and skinny. Despite being very careful with his alimentation and his exercise we couldnt repair all the damage that was made to his joints. At 11 months old he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia on both hips, elbow dysplasia on both elbows and knee malformation on both knees... He had 6 surgeries (one on each elbow in 2011 and 2 on each knee in 2012) before the age of 2. Then re education with a lot of swimming sessions in indoor pool then at the beach. Then he was able to run again ! He is now almost 5 years old, he can run and play like other dogs just not for too long at a time ^^
