I know sooooo many people who believe that they have to eat low fat diet to stay thin and healthy, but they are not healthy or at an average or thin weight level at all. The myth that low fat is necessary to maintaining a healthy body and vitality is a LIE!!!! Its a big fat MYTH for the grocery manufacturers to use to make money off their inferior food products that they have convinced everyone to eat every meal low fat!!! I DO NOT A LOW FAT DIET!
