I know we haven’t been actively promoted the dogs lately. We have had our hands full over here. Cookie has suddenly developed a stage 3 heart murmur & fluid in her lungs. Given her age, this isn’t a good thing. We have had her for about a yr now. She is so sweet and just a great dog. We got her on heart meds & water pills so hopefully we can stabilize her. Wilma already on heart meds, Constant breathing problems with several of the little dogs because of their ages, we got enlarged hearts, murmurs, collapse trachea’s, etc… Ellie recouping from surgery, just very busy. Been up since 2am trying to stabilize cookie. She resting now so things are quiet for a little while. Cookie has been very healthy this last yr, that’s why I always say: Time is never on our side with these old seniors. I never give up but I think we are dealing with heart & liver disease so its not good.
