I know you all are waiting for Delhi high court result: i am sorry to say, the result is shocking....... 1. Bench told we know the formulae is not perfect and has effected few students and few students are benefited, but there can not be any perfect formulae. 2. On the issue this was declared afterwards, court said if it would have been declared earlier also then also nothing much would have changed. 3. Court gave us 2 options either withdraw the case or court will give you reasoned order, reasoned order would have been dangerous for the little hope which is left with supreme court and hyderabad court so the council de ided to withdraw delhi high court case.
