I learned that Nyakos letter was among the themes that shaped the last National Security Council meeting. Amazing, isnt it? What is so poisonous about Nyakos letter to have sent jitters of such a magnitude to the presidency? Assuming one can use a Richter scale to measure the degree of psychological devastation a written letter can cause, how do you rate Nyakos letter compared to that once famous 18-pages OBJ letter?
