I learned yesterday that even if someone looks like they might need help dont be afraid to ask. An elderly gentleman in a wheelchair yesterday looked like he was having a problem rolling himself along. My initial thought was to just pass him by but instead I stopped and asked him if I could help. Sure enough he was trying to get himself to the bathroom and was unable to roll himself there. So I assisted him to the bathroom, helped him out of his wheelchair he went into the bathroom and I was afraid to leave so I stayed until he finished. When he got back out he said that his wife had brought him but parked the car so I wondered if I could bring him back to the main area. When I did we didnt see his wife so I asked what she was wearing and there she was out in the parking lot looking for him. I went and got his wife and they were reunited. Never forget that sometimes just a simple question can help somebody greatly. A random act of kindness goes along way.
