I like. This is a kind of exercise that requires/develops a certain amount of mobility, a certain amount of core stability and a certain amount of upper body strength and accuracy of movement. The resistance is relatively low so its not a particularly dangerous move. But, as always, make sure its something in your wheelhouse, it doesnt cause pain and you can execute it perfectly. Otherwise-- do regressions and work on some specific part of this movement that you need some correction on. Enjoy it athletes!
