I like to read about different diets so I can stay abreast on whats new in the fitness world. Hormones are the power players in our body that control our physiology and behaviors. Hormones can have an direct effect to our weight loss and weight gaining efforts. The key factors I took away from this diet were: eat more fruits, eat more vegetables, and stay away from food that may spike your blood sugar. Its a good diet to follow and a person may see an improvement in his or her health if followed correctly. Talk to your physician if you feel your hormones are off balance.
