I live in the area west of Washburns campus and there are occasionally walks in my neighborhood. Someone painted a green arrow to direct walkers to head down the street towards 17th, which I thought very unusual. A few minutes later the same guy came back and painted an arrow directing folks west on the much less travelled 18th street. Then he came back to the previous arrow and picked dirt out of the road and tried to cover up the first one. I guess that counts as FAIL!!!!! LMAO!
