I looked for a good quote to frame this but there are so many horrifying facts covered about the state of public education funding in Michigan, that isolating one of them is pointless. Last week our Dictator indicated that he was proud that he had put so much money into the school systems and all the school systems rose up to say WHAT? This article indicates that schools are not only not able to make ends meet after years of every cut they can find, but some may be insolvent soon if they continue under these levels of underfunding. Schools districts are taking out LOANS. Public Schools should not need to take out loans. Believe me folks , if you are for one second buying the greedy schools have too much money bullshit the cons are feeding you, take three minutes to walk inside your local public school. Go ask the secretary what they might need in donations. You might be buying toilet paper for them.
