I love cows but I knew I could never be a vegetarian the day we had the floods at Christmas and I saw a cow floating down a river near us. As much as it was terrible and I did feel for the cow, I also thought floating steak. Always thinking of food! Super organised for tonights dinner. Herb crusted steak. large bunch of each below - basil - Rosemary - parsley + zest from one orange Salt and Pepper Mix in bowl and scatter into a plate Avocado oil (could use coconut oil or olive) 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic Mix onto a plate. Dip steaks into oil and garlic then onto herb mix. Done.
