I love how people think. The entire process is Amazing. Guy places an order to ship Expedited, however does not include his girlfriends apt #. Contacts Amazon to update the number 2 days after when it was deemed undeliverable. I tell him he can replace his order, and the return will be refunded, or he can wait and we can reship as a curiosity. So his order comes back Monday, he ask again for a status update. Tell him that his order is being reshipped as a curiosity with the updated address. Today he calls and is yelling on the phone he has not yet received his order. I explain to him that he had several options and did not act. He said that it was our responsibly to reship it OVERNIGHT as he had PAID FOR EXPEDITED, and still has not received his package. I explained that he paid for EXPEDITED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. He informed me that it my responsibility to make sure he was accommodated, and that I am not taking responsibility for my actions (his mistake). He did not want an apologize, he wanted ACTION. He demanded that he speak to some one that is capable to provide action and take responsibility. Ppppffffffftttttt Hows that working out for you.
