I love seeing people get that boost of confidence they need! Whether they just had a baby, or that little bit of flab has always bothered them, its amazing how a wrap can make them feel better about themselves.. SO..you have your wrap, what do you do now? Im going to walk you through it! Its super easy I promise! There are instructions on the back but, ill give you some really great tips to go along with it. FIRST..gather your supplies. Youre going to need a camera or cellphone that can take pictures, plastic wrap or a tight fitting tank top, CHEESE!..take your before picture, from the side and front. OPEN..that crazy wrap thing! Its folded so youll have to unfold it. The side with the gel is the skin side! PLACE IT ANYWHERE!..Thats right, you can put it on any problem area you might have. You can even cut it and do more than one area! I like to cut my wrap in half, use one half on my lower belly, then cut the other half in half again, and use those two pieces on my inner thighs..but thats just one example! APPLY..the plastic wrap or a tight tank top over your wrap, just to keep it from sliding around too much. Wear it at least 45 minutes, at most 8 hours..just until the gel is absorbed! MOST IMPORTANT!!!..drink drink drink your water! We recommend at least half your body weight in ounces while you wrap and then for 3 days after you wrap. TAKE OFF..wrap and discard. Rub any remaining gel into your skin. CHEESE AGAIN..take your after picture! From the front, and side. (REMEMBER: that the wrap ingredients keep working for a full 72 hours, so your results are progressive and will be BETTER at the end of the third day IF you keep drinking your recommended amount of water daily..HAVE FUN WRAPPING)
