I love the Bainbridge Island Police Blotter: Saturday, June 8 7:08 p.m. A man called 911 while following a car driving erratically. Police caught up with the driver and the reporting party on Avalon Lane. The driver told police that she was a federal agent and only had three drinks. She said on a scale of one to 10, 10 being very intoxicated, she was at about five. The driver failed roadside sobriety tests and was arrested. She requested an attorney. A breath test taken at the station showed results of .313. The county jail would not take the driver because of the high results of the breath test, so she was observed by officers at the station for three hours and then released to her family. (1) Federal Agent. (2) Drunk to a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. (3) Breath test is .313!!!!! And, she was still walking!!!!
