There is no cure for ALS, there is no Treatment, there is only pain killers and other medication to make the death less painful... The disease causes people to have complete paralysis starting with being unable to speak, unable to eat, then slowly moving into the loss of body movement As ive already stated the reason why this sucks so much is that there is no way to Cure ALS and there is no way to Treat ALS.
